Akcelerant Framework Administrator Guide - Collection
Collection Queue Work Order

The Collection Queue Work Order screen is broken up into two tabs, the Dialer Queues and Internal Queues (Delinquency and Recovery). The Collection Queue Work Order defines how the workspace ‘Get Next’ function works. If two accounts are related and are in two separate queues on this list, then only the highest ranked queue will be returned and worked by the ‘Get Next’ function of the Workspace. Related accounts that are in queues not on this list will be returned in the order as defined by their criteria. The Dialer Queue work order allows users to prevent accounts that are linked to an account in the dialer queue from being returned by a workspace 'Get Next' function. To learn more about the Workspace 'Get Next' Function please see Collection Queues.
