When queues are created, they are placed into a Queue Refresh Order. The Queue Refresh Order determines how the system populates the queues that were just created. The Framework gives users a tool to decide which queues are most important to them, thereby steering those accounts into the proper queue (should an account meet the criteria for multiple queues). If an account matches the criteria for multiple queues, it will be placed in the queue that comes first in this list. Each Queue Classification has its own refresh order, viewable by using the tabs at the top of the screen. When a new queue is created it will default to the bottom of the list. The user can reorder the queue on this list by dragging and dropping the queue.
