When an application enters the Decline category, the application has successfully completed the decision process but received a Declined decision. Once in the Decline category, users are able to complete the following application processes:

• Process Adverse Action documentation – Refer to the Document Processing section for more information.
• Process HMDA Information – Refer to the HMDA section or the HMDA connector guide for more information.
