HMDA Reporting
Navigation to HMDA Reporting: System Management>Lending>HMDA Reporting
HMDA Reporting allows the administrator to generate a properly formatted FFIEC HMDA-LAR file. The administrator has the ability to review/exclude specific applications, validate data, correct incorrect or missing data and generate a summary report.
- To create a New Batch, click the Create button.
Enter name for Batch file. Enter the date range of applications to be included in file. The below steps explains the logic for which date to use to select an application.
- If Application is Withdrawn, use Withdrawn Date.
- If Application is Decisioned, but not Withdrawn, use Decision Date.
- If Application is Neither Decisioned nor Withdrawn, Application is not included in HMDA Report.
Click OK to create the file.
- To Review Applications in a Batch File and create the HMDA LAR File, select the Batch file from the list and click on the Review Button.

Check the box in the Excluded column to exclude the application from the extract file. After reviewing all applications in the batch, click the Create HMDA.DAT button to create the HMDA LAR file.
