The Hyperlinks page allows administrators to create links to external sites and make them available in the specified Areas in the Tools menu.
From the hyperlink listing page users are able to Create, Edit and Delete hyperlinks.
General Tab
- Enter the Hyperlink Name and Hyperlink URL.
Be sure to include the HTTP:// or HTTPS:// in front of the hyperlink. A domain, such as .org or .com, is also required at the end of the hyperlink URL.
Areas Tab
- Determine the Areas where the hyperlink will be available by selecting the Areas in the Available Areas box and moving them over to the Assigned Areas box.
- Highlight one or more Areas in the Available Areas window and clicking the > button will move the Areas to the next window.
- Clicking the >> will move all Areas from the Available Areas window to the Assigned Areas window.
