The Hyperlinks page allows administrators to create links to external sites and make them available in the specified Areas in the Tools menu. This feature provides end users easy access to external websites without navigating outside of the Framework.
The Hyperlinks managed within this screen are displayed in the Tools menu when an account/case workspace is open.

Creating a Hyperlink
- Click Create on the Hyperlinks list page.
- The Create Hyperlinks window appears.
- In the General tab, enter the name and URL of the Hyperlink.

Be sure to include the HTTP:// or HTTPS:// in front of the hyperlink. A domain, such as .org or .com, is also required at the end of the hyperlink URL. |
- In the Areas tab, assign specific areas to be able to view the Hyperlink.

- Click Save or Save and Close to save and return to the Hyperlinks list page. Click Cancel to close without saving.
- The Hyperlink now appears in the Tools drop down in the Framework workspace toolbar.
Editing a Hyperlink
- Click to highlight the Hyperlink that is to be edited.
- Click Edit. The Edit Hyperlink screen appears.
- Make any necessary changes to the information in the General and Areas tabs.
- When finished click Save or Save and Close to save the Hyperlink and return to the Hyperlinks listing page. Click Cancel to return to the Hyperlinks page without saving.
Deleting a Hyperlink
- Click to highlight the Hyperlink that is to be deleted.
- Click Delete.
- A confirmation message appears. Click Yes to delete the Hyperlink. Click No to return to the Hyperlinks page without deleting.
