The Queues button allows users to access different types of Queues, or work, within the Framework.
Upon selecting the Queues icon, a drop down list that contains the various Queue Types populates beneath the Queue icon.

The setup of Queues and Tasks can be accessed via the System Management button. More information regarding System Management can be found in the Administrator Guide.
When the desired Queue Type is selected, a list of available Queues opens in a new screen within the workspace. The Queue screen contains a toolbar that is located at the top of the screen. The Queue Toolbar contains the following icons:

Export | Allows a user to export the contents of the selected Queue to Excel. |

Allows a user to print the contents of the selected Queue. | |

Work Queue | Allows a user to work a collections Queue. |

View Queue Contents | Allows a user to view the contents of the selected Queue. |
Queues highlighted in yellow have applications that exceed the Queue Threshold settings. The System Administrator can provide the settings for the institution. Queue Thresholds can be set for the following:

Queuing Allows a user to Unpin an application from the current Queue and reassign which Queue the application is pinned to.
Open Application Allows a user to open the application that is selected within the Queue screen.
