Opening an Existing Case

Opening a Case from the Person Workspace

 

System Administrators can configure a  icon to display in a column within the Related Accounts panel to alert that an account has an open case associated with it. Hovering over the icon displays the Case Number(s) and Case Type(s), providing immediate access to this information in the workspace.
