Views are interactive reports that offer the ability to target accounts or cases based on defined criteria, creating a workable list. Views can be run on demand, meaning that they compile the most recent data that meets the criteria. Views also offer the ability to sort the list by clicking any of the pre-defined column headers. Views can be assigned to Areas and Categories, as well as displayed in a dashboard.
Clicking the Views icon in the Framework Ribbon opens the Views page.
The following columns display in this page.
Column Name | Description |
Name | The name of the view. |
Last Modified | Denotes when the last modification was made to the view. |
Modified By | Denotes who made the last modification to the view. |

Excel will ask the user to verify that the file is both uncorrupted and from a trusted source before allowing a user to open the file. |
