9089 | Symitar Negative Shares | The Symitar connector has been updated to show the correct delinquent date for negative balances on Symitar Share accounts. Previously, the Delinquent Date and the Days Delinquent for negative share balances in the Framework did not match the values in Symitar when a negative balance became positive then negative again in the same day. The same issue also occurred when old Transaction records were not migrated when a financial institution converted to Symitar from a previous core. Now, institutions have the option to choose how the delinquent date will be calculated via a new parameter on the connector page in System Management. Institutions can use the earliest date the account had a negative balance at the end of the day (Method 1) or they can use the most recent date the account went from positive to negative (Method 2). For more information on this feature, please refer to the Symitar Connector Guide. |
9496 | Credit Solutions by CU Revest Connector |
Credit Solutions by CU Revest is a new connector now available for the Framework Collection solution. This connector enables financial institutions to use Credit Solutions' collection services to work delinquent and charge off accounts. Using this functionality, financial institutions can easily assign and send accounts to Credit Solutions directly within the Framework, which are then imported, worked and sent back by Credit Solutions to provide a seamless and efficient method of outsourcing work.
For more information, please see the Credit Solutions by CU Revest Connector Guide.

The exe that is used to generate the stored procedures for tracking records has been enhanced to include collateral data handling and primary person data updates. A new readiness report test, Change Field Workflow Step changes fields that are one-to-many, has been added to support the upgrade to version 14 of the Framework. This test looks for any Change Field workflow steps in version 10 that are configured to change the value of one-to-many fields (emails, phones, addresses, collaterals, etc.), as the steps will not work in version 14 and will cause the upgrade to fail. Prior to upgrading, workflows identified in this test should be modified to only use one-to-one fields.
