The Collection Queue Refresh Order page allows administrators to set the order in which Collections Queues are refreshed. In the event that an account meets the criteria of more than one queue, the account is placed in the queue with the higher refresh order.

The following columns display in both the Delinquency Queues tab and the Recovery Queues tab:
| Column Name | Description |
| Queue Name | Name of the Collections Queue. |
| Queue Type | Displays the type of Collections Queue. |
| Active | If checked, the queue is active in the Framework. |
The list from top to bottom is the order in which the queues are refreshed.
Edit the Queue Refresh Order
- Click and hold a queue from the list.
- Drag and drop the queue to the desired position.
- Click Save to save the refresh order. A success message appears showing that the changes were saved successfully.
