Views

Views are interactive reports that offer the ability to target based on defined criteria, creating a workable list. Views can be run on demand, meaning that they compile the most recent data that meets the criteria. Views also offer the ability to sort the list by clicking any of the pre-defined column headers.

Clicking the Views icon in the Ribbon opens the Views page.

The following columns display in this page.

Column Name	Description
Name	The name of the view.
Last Modified	Denotes when the last modification was made to the view.
Modified By	Denotes who made the last modification to the view.

Running a View

Click to highlight the view
Click . Views can either be opened in a new tab or Internet Explorer window.

The View appears on the screen. Double-clicking a row in the view opens the . Export the view to Microsoft Excel by clicking or print the view by clicking .

Excel will ask the user to verify that the file is both uncorrupted and from a trusted source before allowing a user to open the file.
