Email History Screen

The Email History screen displays an itemized summary of all emails generated via the Send Email workflow for the account in context. By default, the most-recently sent email is listed first.

The following columns display on the Email History screen:

Column Name Description
Person Name The Person receiving the email.
Email The name of the Email template that was sent.
Date The date the email was sent.
User The user who sent the email.
Status Displays the status of the email (Pending, Available). Pending indicates the email has not yet been generated and the Send Email workflow has not been completed. Available indicates the email has been generated and the Send Email workflow has been completed. The email can be viewed from this screen once the status is "Available." 
Account Numbers Displays the account numbers associated to the email. If the email is generated via a multi-account workflow, the account in context and additional accounts display separated by a comma.

 Users may double-click on an item to view the email. The email opens within a pop-up window.

 

Once a user is done reviewing the transmission, click Close to return to the Email History screen.

To print the screen, click Print.

The screen name, account number, and suffix are not included when the screen is printed.
