When creating a Person Screen, system administrators can configure a Messages panel to appear within the screen to display messages regarding the person in context in the workspace. The messages within this panel are driven by the business rules defined by system administrators in Rules Management and assigned to the Messages panel in System Management > Screens.

The rules assigned to the Messages panel execute upon opening the Person screen. A retrieval message displays within the panel to alert that messages are being retrieved: 

Once the rules have fully executed, the messages that apply to the person-in-context display within the panel:

The Messages panel can be configured to display the following message types:

•  - Good
•  - Bad
•  - Warning
•  - None (Information)

If a Person screen is configured to include the Messages panel, but none of the rule conditions apply to the person-in-context, the panel remains on the screen and appears as follows:
