This screen displays all letters that have been generated for a person by the execution of a Send Letter workflow.
The Letter History screen contains a gird that displays the following letter information in columns:
Column Name | Description |
Item Name | Displays the name of the letter recipient. |
Letter Description | Displays the name of the letter. |
Date | Displays the date when the letter was generated. |
User | Displays the name of the user who generated the letter. |
Status | Displays the status of the letter. |
Double-clicking on a line in the Letters History prompts the Lifecycle Management Suite to open a copy of the letter exactly how it appeared when it was generated. By default, the most recent letter created appears at the top of the list.
Users are able to select the case in context using the case drop-down list located in the Letter History tab.
Upon selecting the desired case, the letter history grid refines to display the letters associated with the selected case.
To print the screen, click Print.
