Post Comment Workflow Step

This step is used to post a comment on a workflow. By default, the workflow step is a manual step which requires the user to enter a comment. This step may be automated using a predefined comment which does not present the workflow step to the user.
To submit the comments, click Go To Next Step. These comments appear in the account/person’s workflow history for others to view.
