Why is the User Performance web part showing 0s?
Answer: Check the Monitor Update Process. This process should constantly be running and should not stop. If the process stops it can cause User Performance to not be measured and must be started again manually.
Why is the User Performance web part showing 0s for yesterday if the Monitor Update was fixed?

Why are the numbers not lining up in this date range:

Monday 7/23 to Sunday 7/29? Calls 96%, Contacts 103%, Promises 237% but total performance is 105%.
Answer:
- For a particular day, the Performance percentage is calculated by adding calls %, contacts % and promises % together and dividing by 3.
- For date range, the Performance percentage is calculated by adding the performance percentages of the days in the date range and dividing by the amount of days in the date range.
- For Saturday and Sunday, this collector had 0%.
- For range 7/23 – 7/29 (Total Performance % based on adding total performance % from Monday-Sunday and dividing by 7, ex. 142+150+166+120+157+0+0=735/7=105).
