The Hyperlinks page in System Management (System Management > Hyperlinks) allows the administrator to set up Hyperlinks that are available for use within an application under the Hyperlink drop-down menu in the application toolbar.

From the hyperlink listing page users are able to Create, Edit, and Delete hyperlinks.

Create a Hyperlink

• To create a hyperlink, click Create. The New Hyperlink window appears.

   

• Enter the Hyperlink Name and Hyperlink URL.

HTTP:// or HTTPS:// must be included in front of the hyperlink. A domain, such as .org or .com, is also required at the end of the hyperlink URL. If HTTP:// or HTTPS:// is not included in front of the hyperlink, a Validation error is received upon saving the hyperlink.

• Click Save and Close.
