Dashboards are groups of different Web Parts in the system. Web Parts are predefined information boxes that display information about queues, user performance, and applications. Views and Reports can also be added to dashboards.

The Dashboards button allows users to access different types of Dashboards within Temenos Infinity.

Clicking the Dashboards icon in the ribbon opens the Dashboards page.

The following columns display in this page:

 Running a Dashboard

• Highlight the Dashboard that is to be run.
• Click . Dashboards can either be opened in a new Internet Explorer tab or window.

• Once Run is selected, the Dashboard appears on the screen. Users can access information displayed in the Dashboard by double-clicking a row. Export the dashboard to Microsoft Excel by clicking  or print the view by clicking .

If automatic refresh is enabled for the dashboard, the next scheduled refresh displays at the top of the dashboard.

The enhanced system defined view available through Views list allows the users to view applications assigned to them from Dashboard. The criteria based on which applications are assigned are system defined, not editable and Determine Criteria tab is disabled. When view is executed and displayed, the following criteria is used to retrieve applications for the view: Current logged-in user = Application > Assigned User     The application is assigned to the current logged-in user. Application Status does not equal any of the below: Disbursed Withdrawn Auto Withdrawn
