Welcome To Release 15.01 > New and Enhanced for Release 15.01 > Origination Enhancements > Connector Enhancements > IMM |
For version 15.01, the Framework has been enhanced to support IMM TotaleAtlas 2015. With this enhancement, the look and feel of the IMM site has changed. The IMM Connector Guide has been updated to display the site changes associated with this enhancement.
In addition to the look and feel changes associated with the TotaleAtlas upgrade, the following functionality is now available using the IMM connector:
The Framework has been enhanced to obtain document signatures electronically using Lights Out or through a Remote Signature Provider such as DocuSign using DropSpot.
The IMM Lights Out functionality allows applicants to sign application documents within Virtual Capture's IMM Documents panel or by accessing an emailed link.
IMM's DropSpot functionality allows applicants to use a Remote Signature Provider, such as DocuSign, to sign document sets. DropSpot compiles a document set into a zip file containing pdf documents and places it at the DropSpot Location Out location. Once the documents are signed using a remote signature and uploaded into the Framework, a second zip file is produced at the DropSpot Location In location to archive documents in TotaleAtlas.
In 15.01, the IMM Documents screen now lists the document sets previously generated for the application, separated into groups based on application type.
Upon clicking , the Create Document Set window appears, which now includes a Product drop-down to provide users with the ability to relate the application type to the identified document set.
In addition to the aforementioned enhancements, the Create Document Set window and IMM Documents screen have also undergone the following functional enhancements to accommodate the Lights Out functionality:
Within the Create Document Set window, Framework users are now able to select how document signatures are to be obtained by selecting the Document Delivery Method. This field contains the following options:
