Lifecycle Management Suite Release Highlights - Loan Origination
IMM

For version 15.01, the Framework has been enhanced to support IMM TotaleAtlas 2015. With this enhancement, the look and feel of the IMM site has changed. The IMM Connector Guide has been updated to display the site changes associated with this enhancement.

In addition to the look and feel changes associated with the TotaleAtlas upgrade, the following functionality is now available using the IMM connector:

Document Delivery Method

The Framework has been enhanced to obtain document signatures electronically using Lights Out or through a Remote Signature Provider such as DocuSign using DropSpot.

Lights Out

The IMM Lights Out functionality allows applicants to sign application documents within Virtual Capture's IMM Documents panel or by accessing an emailed link.

DropSpot

IMM's DropSpot functionality allows applicants to use a Remote Signature Provider, such as DocuSign, to sign document sets. DropSpot compiles a document set into a zip file containing pdf documents and places it at the DropSpot Location Out location. Once the documents are signed using a remote signature and uploaded into the Framework, a second zip file is produced at the DropSpot Location In location to archive documents in TotaleAtlas.

Create Document Set and IMM Documents Screen Enhancements

In 15.01, the IMM Documents screen now lists the document sets previously generated for the application, separated into groups based on application type.

Upon clicking , the Create Document Set window appears, which now includes a Product drop-down to provide users with the ability to relate the application type to the identified document set.

In addition to the aforementioned enhancements, the Create Document Set window and IMM Documents screen have also undergone the following functional enhancements to accommodate the Lights Out functionality:

Delivery Method

Within the Create Document Set window, Framework users are now able to select how document signatures are to be obtained by selecting the Document Delivery Method. This field contains the following options:

Value Description
In Person

Indicates that the documents are to be printed and signed within the financial institution, using either a pen or a signature pad.

Selecting In-Branch causes the IMM website to launch upon clicking . Users must generate and print the documents from the IMM website.

Postal Mail

Indicates that the documents are to be printed and mailed to the applicant's current address for signatures.

Selecting Mail causes the IMM website to launch upon clicking . Users must generate and print the documents from the IMM website.

Email

Indicates that the documents are to be electronically generated using Lights Out functionality and emailed to the applicants.

Clicking  and selecting Email closes the Create Document Set window and does not launch the IMM website. The selected document set generates electronically and a secure link to the document set is delivered to the applicants email.

Online

Indicates that the documents are to be electronically generated using Lights Out functionality and delivered to the applicants using Virtual Capture.

Clicking  and selecting Online closes the Create Document Set window and does not launch the IMM website. The selected document set generates electronically and is delivered to the applicants using Virtual Capture.

Once the Document Delivery Method is selected, the selected method is reflected in the IMM Documents screen.

Status

Within the IMM Documents screen, Framework users are now able to identify whether document signatures have been obtained. This field may contain the following statuses:

Value Description
Not Signed Indicates that the documents have not been signed by the applicant(s).
Partially Signed Indicates that at least one applicant has signed the documents, but one or more applicant signature is still required.
Signed Indicates that all applicant signatures have been received.
Opted Out Indicates the applicants do not want to sign the documents electronically. This value populates if "I will not e-sign" is selected by the applicant.

Based on the Document Delivery Method, the Status may automatically update:

Open

From the IMM Documents screen, users are able to access the document set on the IMM site by clicking .

Once the IMM website opens, users are able to perform various document processing actions.
