Applicants are no longer limited to using the Guest Application process in Virtual Capture when an institution does not use the Single Sign On method.
Virtual Capture now allows applicants to create an online profile where they can safely create and manage applications. With the Online Profile functionality, current account holders and non-account holders are provided with the ability to not only create an application in Virtual Capture, but also view and update existing applications, which cannot be done when logged on as a Guest.
A Sign In panel now appears within the Log In screen in Virtual Capture to allow applicants to click a link to create an online profile or enter an email address and password to access an existing online profile. A Sign In link has also been added to the Navigation Bar to provide applicants with the ability to easily access their online profile or create a new online profile prior to selecting a product.
Clicking the link to create an online profile opens a screen for the applicant to personalize his or her profile and security information, such as the password, identification image and security questions used to verify the applicant's identity.
Once an online profile is created, applicants are able to easily view and manage all applications that were initialized using their profile in Virtual Capture.
