Workspace Overview
The new workspace embraces the concept of Person-Centric by displaying a 360 degree view of a person in the Framework; what was once account-based is now focused on the entire person as a whole. Users have a person's entire financial relationship with the institution right at their fingertips and no longer have to open separate screens to work different accounts and cases for a person with the introduction of the following functionality:
- Customizable columns in the Related Accounts Panel of the top area screen where users can view all account and case information, including a person's role on an account.
- Configurable panels on the overview tab where users can work a person as well as access pertinent information, such as Promise History and Workflow History, as it applies to all of the accounts for that person, without ever leaving the workspace.
- Enhancements made to the Framework Ribbon, Workspace Toolbar and Left-Hand Navigation functionality to provide quicker and easier navigation when working a person in the Framework.
Configuring the Workspace
The workspace can be configured by system administrators within the enhanced Area System Management screen. This screen has received many enhancements to account for changes made to support Person Centric functionality and to enable system administrators to configure the workspace in a way that increases user performance and productivity for their institution.
New to the Area System Management screen are two drop-downs on the General tab that are used to easily configure the look and feel of the workspace. It is here that system administrators define the screen to display in the top area and overview tab on a workspace.
