Letters
Letters have received many enhancements to fully embrace all of the new Person-Centric functionality the Framework now has to offer.
Improvements include:
- The introduction of Multi-Account workflows which enable letters to be sent for multiple accounts at once, saving users time by only running one workflow opposed to a separate workflow for each account as past versions required.
- The introduction of Roles, allowing users to easily define whose information is on a letter and who receives a letter through the designation of Role Types.
- The addition of a Roles tab on the letter template, allowing for eight secondaries to be added and customized according to Role Type, rather than the previously allotted four secondaries.

Emails
Emails have received many enhancements to support Person-Centric and provide users with the ability to create and send more efficient emails.
Enhancements include:
- The addition of the Roles tab when creating a new email template, which allows administrators to easily define the default person roles displayed in both the "TO" and "CC" sections of an email.
- The ability to add a default header and footer to all email templates.
- The ability to easily upload a document and attach it to an email directly within the Framework. Users no longer have to navigate outside the Framework to send an email with an attachment and can now send necessary documentation to multiple persons within one email.

Roles
With the introduction of Roles to the Framework, users can now create as many roles as necessary and map those roles to secondary fields within the Framework.
This new functionality provides the following:
- Every person and every role is now imported into the Framework, so administrators no longer need to choose four predefined role fields to be imported from the core system. This concept makes importing different roles from the core much faster and more efficient.
- When on the person workspace, every account that the person has a role on within the Framework appears in the Related Accounts Panel, helping users manage the person as a whole, and see any relationships he or she may have with other accounts.

More information regarding the improvements made to Letters, Emails, and Roles can be found in the New and Enhanced for Version 14.00 section of this Guide. For a complete overview of Letters, Emails, and Roles, please see the Akcelerant Framework Help Documentation.
