The Screen Designer (Screens) platform has been significantly enhanced to enable institutions to create custom screens with a greater level of sophistication and detail. These enhancements allow institutions to create custom account, case and person screens as well as the ability to create screens that co-mingle account, case and screen information on the same screen thus facilitating less clicks and increased productivity when working an account, case, or person.

With an upgrade to version 14, an institution’s current screens are automatically converted to the new screen architecture to ensure an easy transition between versions and provide institutions with the opportunity to explore the new screen designer and create new custom screens at a later date.
Though the screens converted from version 10 to version 14 include the same fields, they are not automatically configured to include the new dynamic capabilities of the version 14 screen designer, such as capturing an unlimited number of addresses and phone numbers for a person. To enable institutions to experience the robust capabilities of the version 14 screen designer directly after the upgrade, institutions are provided with a pre-configured Person Information screen. This screen is automatically mapped to all Framework Areas and Security Groups and is pre-configured to include the following panels:

Addresses
Phones
Email Addresses
Employers
