Productivity Type

A Productivity Type is attached to a client's history every time that account is displayed in the workspace. The Productivity Type is determined by the action taken and/or the follow-up note added to that client's record. Productivity is displayed on the History tab on the Desktop as well as on the Call Type Summary, Call Type Detail, User Activity Summary and User Activity Detail reports.

Descriptions of each Productivity Type are as follows:

Productivity Type Description
Effective A follow-up note was entered using an effective Call Type and the follow-up date for the loan after it was worked is in the future.
Advanced A follow-up note was entered using a non-effective Call Type and the follow-up date for the loan after it was worked is in the future.
Viewed The account was viewed but a follow-up note was not entered and the follow-up date was not advanced.
Pushed A follow-up note was not entered and a past-dated follow-up date was advanced.

Push Ahead

Normally when a loan is worked in Elements, activities are recorded by entering a follow-up note and assigning a new follow-up date to the loan. When finished working the client record, the Next button is clicked to move to the next client in the priority list.

A loan is Pushed Ahead when a follow-up date is entered for a future date and Next is clicked without entering a follow-up note. An Auto Follow-up note may be added when this happens.

A Push Ahead is recorded in standard productivity reports.
