This Release Notes topic summarizes the changes made to Akcelerant Elements included the version 15.00.00 release.

Enhancements

Update 15.00.00 brings many great enhancements to Elements. These enhancements are defined below.

ID Core Description
9149 All
9565 All The GRANT & WEBER connector has been added to Elements. Delinquent, pre-charge off and charge off accounts are assigned to GRANT & WEBER, worked by GRANT & WEBER’s collection services and are then loaded back into Elements the next day, along with any comments, payments and account updates. This provides an institution with seamless integration to GRANT & WEBER’s collection services. For more information about GRANT & WEBER’s integration with Elements, please see the Elements GRANT & WEBER Product Guide.
9662 All The Loan Grid in the workspace has been expanded to allow 6 loan records to be viewed at once. If more than 6 loans are present, a scroll bar is displayed to view the additional loans.
9663 All
Up to four collateral records can now be imported and maintained on one loan in Elements. To support this, new fields have been added to the Loan Detail screen and in the field list used throughout Elements in reports, searches and criteria building.
9668 All
Accounts with promises due today or tomorrow in worklists assigned to the logged in user can now be easily viewed from the Elements Home Dashboard. When the Count link is clicked in the Promises to Pay section of the dashboard, the workspace for the account opens automatically. If more than one account is listed and the Count link is clicked, a search results page displays listing all of the accounts with promises due. An account can be selected from the search results to open it in the workspace.
9669 All A performance enhancement has been made to Elements to reduce the amount of time it takes to load the Home screen after initial log in to the interface. Changes were made to the stored procedures in the database to support this; no functionality changes were made.
9670 All A feature has been implemented to remove a task assigned to a user from the Checklist Dashboard when the assigned task has been completed. When a checklist item is tagged by the user and a Tag Date is assigned, the task is removed from the Checklist Dashboard upon clicking the dashboard’s Refresh button.
9671 All
The User drop-down on the Schedule Report has been modified to display first and last names of users in addition to User ID's. This provides an easy way to determine who a user is so their follow-ups can be included in the report results.
9675 All
Administrators can now deactivate users in Elements. Deactivating a user prevents them from being able to log in, but still keeps all of their user information in the system for tracking and auditing purposes. Additionally, two new predefined reports have been added to Elements to track users - the Users Detail Report and the Users Collection Detail Report. These reports display information from the General and Collection tabs of the User Maintenance page.
9676 All User accounts are now locked if they have not been used within an administrator-specified number of days. A “lockout user account” parameter has been added to Default Settings where an administrator specifies the number of days that must pass before the lock is enabled. An “enforce user expiration” parameter has been added to the User’s detail screen where an administrator can enable or disable the lock on a user-by-user basis.
9678 All This feature allows an Elements user the ability to deselect or delete letters from Batch and Delayed Letter Printing. When a letter is sent to the batch or delayed mail queue, an Elements user is able to select a letter to not print. For more information on Batch and Delayed Letter Printing, please see these topics in the Elements User Manual.
9680 All
A new Call Type and Auto Note called Action Changed has been created to record changes made to fields on the Action tab of the workspace. If enabled, the Auto Note automatically records the fields that were changed, the values they were before the change and the values after the change. A new workspace filter option has been added to support filtering of these Auto Notes. Additionally, the list of Auto Notes in System Management has been alphabetized.
9681 All A new parameter, "Require Action on Workspace," has been added to Security Profiles to control whether a user is able to click Next in the workspace without adding a follow-up note or advancing the follow-up date. This only applies to workspaces accessed through the Workspace button on the Home Dashboard.
9682 All Loan records can be removed from the Elements system based on administrator-defined criteria. If a loan meets the specified purge criteria, it is removed from Elements along with all of its related items such as follow up notes, letters, emails and contacts. For more information on this new feature, please see the Elements User Manual.
9719 All
Follow-up and mail account activities can now be reported on using the new Follow-up and Mail fields that can be added to user-defined report columns and criteria.
9737 All Remove DTS from SWBC PRS Client Export
9769 All An interface between Elements and Fiserv APEX has been created as APEX is replacing XP in September, 2015. Existing Elements customers using XP must uninstall XP, install APEX and configure it to work with Elements. TopNotch customers on XP must upgrade to Elements in order to use APEX. Please contact a Fiserv representative to receive information about the conversion, conversion timelines and the process to switch from XP to APEX. Please see the Elements – APEX Product Guide for more information on APEX along with installation/configuration instructions.
10028 All The Credit Solutions by CU Revest Element has been added to Elements. This element offers direct integration with Credit Solution’s collection services to work delinquent, pre-charge off and charge off accounts. Accounts are assigned to Credit Solutions, worked by Credit Solution’s collection services and are seamlessly loaded back into Elements the next day, along with any comments, payments and account updates. For more information on the Credit Solutions Element, please see the Elements Credit Solutions by CU Revest Product Guide.
