Preview lets you preview your template in a new browser window. The default window size is 800x600. To choose a different size click on the arrow to the right of the Preview icon; the other choices are 640x840 and 800x600. |

Cut (CTRL+X) | ![]() |
Highlight a passage and select Cut to delete that section from the letter. |

Highlight a passage from the letter or another source and then select copy to then paste that passage in the letter. |
Insert Page Break | ![]() |
Insert Page Break allows you to insert a manual page break wherever you have placed your curser. After, the letter will show a Page Break message to remind you where on the letter the page break will occur. |

Paste any passage you have copied into the letter by selecting Paste or pressing CTRL+P. |
Remove Text Formatting | ![]() |
To remove font, size, and heading formatting and revert to the defaults for the applied style, highlight portion of the text or place a cursor on a single formatted word. |

Select Bold to add a visual emphasis to your words. |
Italics (CTRL+I) | ![]() |
Italics will slightly slant your words for added emphasis. |

Selecting Modify Page Properties will open a new window. Here you can write in a Page Title, Description, Keywords, and more. You can also set a background image or color, a default text color, link color, and default font. |

Advanced users can modify HTML code and use this button clean up the code and remove any open tags. |
Merge Fields | ![]() |
Merge fields allow you to add specific fields from Client, Loan, Contact, or Other categories. The fields will change according to the category selected. Any fields you add will automatically populate the specific client's information for each letter generated. This insures quality information and less errors. |
