The Core Update option supports the transfer of data from the Collection Element back to the selected core system. Typically the information is restricted to client information such as name, address, phone number and so on. Access to the core Update option is through the Workspace.

The Core Update form lists all of the available types of data that you can update based on your Core system. You can choose the update command you wish to use. The form displays the current core data (e.g. name, address, SSN, etc.) and you can edit them and send the data to the core system. The information will be updated on your core system immediately.
