Filter Options

Contacts, follow-up notes and mail can be hidden on the workspace based on the Filter Options selected.

The information on the Transactions tab is always filtered by loan.

Click the Filter Options link on the workspace to define filter preferences.

The filter options window is displayed.

Set filter options using the fields defined below.

Fields Description
Filter by Loan
  • Linked to Loan: Displays only the contacts, notes or mail that are explicitly linked to the highlighted loan.
  • Linked to Client Only: Displays only the contacts, notes or mail that are not linked to any loan.
Filter by Contact
  • Linked to Contact: Displays only the notes or mail that are explicitly linked to the highlighted contact.
  • Linked to Client Only: Displays only the notes that are not linked to any contact.
Filter by Number of Records Select this checkbox to display the number of records defined in the textbox.
The Follow-up Paging Options defined in System Management > Default Settings overrides this setting.
Filter by User Select a user from the drop-down to display only notes and mail entered by that user.
Filter by Note Type Select the Note Types checkbox to filter follow-up notes based on the type of note.

Some notes, such as promises, work assignment and delinquency status, are entered by the system or the download. These notes are not seen if filtering by the user's own User ID.

When all filter options are selected, click Save. Click Cancel to disregard any changes.

Turn on Filter

Once filter options are specified, turn the filters on from the workspace. Click the Filter on/off button on the toolbar to toggle the filters on and off. Darker blue shading behind the filter icon indicates that the filters are turned on.
