The Account Assignments screen allows for the management of queue assignments. When a user runs the Account Assignment workflow step on an account to manually assign it to a Collections Queue, it populates on this screen. An account can be manually assigned to a queue for a particular collector to work or for a manager to review. Once worked or reviewed, the account can be unassigned from the queue via this page.
Using the views drop down highlighted below, Administrators can navigate through existing queues found within Temenos Infinity to view Accounts that were manually assigned to them.
The following columns display on the Account Assignments page:
Column Name | Description |
Account | The Account Number assigned to the respective queue. |
Suffix | Displays the suffix of the account. |
Account Type | The Account Type of the listed account in the queue. |
Days DQ | Denotes the amount of days the respective account is delinquent. |
Balance | Displays the outstanding balance on the account. |
Name | The Primary’s name on the account. |
Date Assigned | Denotes the date in which the account was manually assigned to that queue. |
From this page administrators can assign, reassign, and remove queue assignments from accounts.
