Basic Queues: Account not showing up in queue

The Issue:

The account open in the workspace is not appearing in a queue.

Solution:

Use the Queue Analyzer tool to determine why the account does not meet the queue criteria.

Criteria Color Description
Green If the criteria is green, the account meets that requirement to be in the queue.
Orange

If the criteria is orange, theaccount does not meet that requirement for the queue.
