From the Batch Case Processing page in System Management (System Management > Batch Case Processing), an administrator can execute business rules against cases. Administrators can filter which cases are included using the case type. The selected business rules can change fields on the case, add new tasks/processes, etc.
The Batch Case Processing page includes the following two tabs:
From the Execute tab, Administrators can assign available rules to run on designed case types populated in Temenos Infinity.
Clicking the Manage Rules button loads the Rules Management application. If any changes are made in the BatchCaseProcessing category in the Rules Management application they appear on this page by clicking the Refresh Rules button. Only rules built in the BatchCaseProcessing category are available to use.
The History tab displays a list of Batch Case Processes that have been executed.
The following columns display on the History tab:
Column Name | Description |
User | Displays the user who ran the process. |
Date | Displays the date in which the process ran. |
Status | Displays the status of the process (Complete or Failed). |
Cases | Displays the number of cases affected by the process. |
Case Types | Displays the case types associated to the process. |
Rules | Displays the rules that were ran as part of the process. |
