Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite - Collection Product Guide
Batch Case Processing

From the Batch Case Processing page in System Management (System Management > Batch Case Processing), an administrator can execute business rules against cases. Administrators can filter which cases are included using the case type. The selected business rules can change fields on the case, add new tasks/processes, etc.

The Batch Case Processing page includes the following two tabs:

Execute

From the Execute tab, Administrators can assign available rules to run on designed case types populated in Temenos Infinity.

To Execute a Batch Case Process:

Clicking the Manage Rules button loads the Rules Management application. If any changes are made in the BatchCaseProcessing category in the Rules Management application they appear on this page by clicking the Refresh Rules button. Only rules built in the BatchCaseProcessing category are available to use.
