Troubleshooting > Letters and Forms: Can't Launch Template Editor

The Issue:

Receiving an "Automation server can't create object" error message when trying to launch the Letter Template Editor.

Solution:

Verify that the Lifecycle Management Suit URL is added to Trusted Sites by navigating to Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites.

Add the Temenos Infinity URL to the trusted sites list.
Configure Trusted Sites by navigating to Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Custom level.

Enable the following options:

Miscellaneous

Allow scripting of MS Web browser control.

Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints.

Allow webpages to use restricted protocols for active content.

PROMPT - Launching applications and unsafe files.

Launching programs and files in an IFRAME.

DISABLE – Use Pop-up Blocker.

Scripting

Active Scripting.

Scripting of Java Applets - Enable.
