To author To-do rules, navigate to Rules Management. Create a new rule using the Validation category.
Use the following vocabulary templates to assign manual to-dos to specific security groups:
- Add a manual to-do of <text> that is <required/not required for decision/disbursement> and can be completed by users in the <SecurityGroupValueList> groups.
- Add a manual to-do of <text> that is <required/not required for decision/disbursement> is linked to <list of screens> and can be completed by users in the <SecurityGroupValueList> groups.
The example rule found below provides a demonstration of a rule that generates manual to-dos that can only be cleared by a select few security groups.
