The General Workspace Navigation section will explain how to perform basic functions when a user has an account or case open in the Framework.
The workspace is the area in which users will perform the majority of their actions when working on an account and/or case. When an account is displayed, either accessed through a queue or search, the user will have all of the necessary information in front of them to effectively begin the collection process. The Framework is defaulted to allow the user to have up to five account workspaces open at once. In order to increase or decrease the number of workspaces open at one time, please contact an Akcelerant Customer Care Representative.
