Each user can specify up to four Quick Follow-up Notes. These notes are typically simple notes that do not require any additional information (for example, "Left Message," "No Answer" or "Busy Signal").
Quick notes are created by each individual user in User Preferences. Each Quick Note must be attached to a Call Type.
Each Quick Note that you create is identified by a Quick Note button next to the Follow-up Notes on the Action tab (of the Workspace).
