The Call Type Summary Report provides a summary, by user, of the Call Types used within a user-specified time frame. This report can be used to provide a general overview of the type of activity which is prevalent in your collections environment.
Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.

From Date/To Date |
Enter a date range in the 'Entered From' and 'Entered To' date fields. This will be the date the call type was added to the client record. |
